Good Eggs and bad eggs (and those in between)

When it comes to getting good help with your technology use, it is important to keep in mind that there are four types of “eggs”…

Good Eggs (who only want to help you as best they can and this is the type of egg you want)
Bad Eggs (who want to scam you and/or do not want to be bothered to try to help you)
Egoistical eggs (who are only looking to project their self-importance) are to be avoided.
Silly Eggs (who do not mean any harm but can cause plenty)
The even-tempered “I Don’t Know” Eggs

It should be noted here that the “I don’t know” eggs are good eggs in their own right because they are being upfront and honest with you.
