The keyboard shortcut to undo an action in many applications, including Microsoft and Adobe, is Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z in MacOS). You can also select Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. To undo multiple steps, you can press Undo or Ctrl+Z repeatedly.
